野村最近发布了一份报告，其中针对本周央行会采取什么样的动作而进行了调查，结果显示，大多数人预期欧洲央行将会降息，实行负利率，而预期QE的人数仅占10%。

具体如下图：

横轴所代表的工具依次为：下调再融资利率、下调存款利率、停止SMP冲销操作、降低最低存款准备金要求、扩大固定利率全额分配期限至2015年中期、实施新一轮LTRO(长期再融资操作)、资产购买(QE)。
