谷歌7.5亿美元购入联想股票 Feb 7th 2014, 05:41, by peterhou 据港交所公布资料，谷歌1月份购入7.5亿美元联想股票，占联想股本的5.94%，平均成交价格为1.213美元。 这与此前联想公布以发行股份作为向谷歌支付收购摩托罗拉移动的部份对价相同。 最近关于联想的消息见诸报端，据华尔街见闻报道，联想以23亿美元收购IBM的X86服务器业务之后，于1月29日又宣布与以29.1亿美元收购谷歌旗下摩托罗拉移动智能手机业务。两笔交易合计52亿美元。但是，股票市场却并没有买张，联想股价过去一周曾跌近20%。 联想集团于1月30日以总价29.1亿美元向谷歌收购摩托罗拉移动，收购价格中包括6.6亿美元现金以及7.5亿美元联想普通股，其余15亿美元为向谷歌发行的承兑票据，于交割日满三年以现金支付。 文章分类:  公司 自由标签:  谷歌 联想
