据路透社报道，俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司Gazprom周一称，在今日上午6点（世界时）的截止日期之前，乌克兰仍未全额支付其天然气债务，现将对乌克兰实施先预付后供气的商业模式。

Gazprom在一份声明中称，乌克兰国家石油天然气公司Naftogaz尚未支付6月的天然气费用。该声明措辞显示，Gazprom或切断对乌克兰的天然气供应：

"今天，从莫斯科时间10:00起，根据现行合约，Gazprom将对Naftogaz实施先预付后供气的模式…从今天开始，Naftogaz只能付多少钱得到多少天然气。
