法国11月制造业PMI初值47.8，预期49.5，前值49.1，
法国11月服务业PMI初值48.8，预期51.0，前值50.9。

Markit经济学家Jack Kennedy表示，法国11月PMI初值突显了令人失望的经济活动，及在面临持续萎靡不振的需求环境下，法国经济的脆弱。11月法国服务业和制造业均显现疲软，尽管依然高于上半年水平，但突出了法国经济四季度重回衰退的风险。

数据公布后，欧元快速回落。
