7月汇丰中国制造业OMI初值升至18个来最高，显示中国制造业持续回暖。4月以来，中国政府秉持稳增长基调，陆续出台定向降准等为刺激措施。汇丰制造业PMI的持续回升进一步表明，经济回暖日渐明朗。

汇丰大中华区首席经济学家屈宏斌表示：

7月经济活动继续改善，表明此前推出的微刺激措施仍在释放其影响。预计未来几个月内，决策者将维持宽松政策立场，以巩固经济复苏。
