美国费城联储主席Charles Plosser在11月非农数据公布后表示，就业数据具有非常积极的意义，美联储退出QE将是"明智的"，应该"优雅地退出QE"。

美国11月非农就业增长20.3万人，超过了预期的18.5万，同时失业率下降至7.0%，为2008年10月以来最低水平。

具体数据如下：

美国11月新增非农就20.3万人，预期增18.5万人，10月非农就业增20.4万人；

11月失业率为7.0%，预期7.2%，10月份失业率为7.3%。

11月劳动参与率为63.0%，10月该数值为62.8%。

据华尔街见闻实时新闻，美联储Plosser在数据公布后表达了看法：

11月的就业数据非常积极，当前的就业增速很稳定、很正面；
预计2014年经济增速为3%；"一个健康的增速"；
退出QE是"明智的"，应该"优雅的退出QE"；
不应预期美国就业参与率回升至10年前的水平；
重申有必要为量化宽松规模设限；
鉴于经济形势的改善，应该考虑放慢宽松政策的步伐。
